Data we collect

• Account data: email, display name, and authentication details.
• Server data: server ID, framework, configuration, audit trail entries, and security settings.
• Player data: identifiers, moderation actions, notes, playtime, help/report requests.
• Telemetry: live player coordinates and vehicle/weapon state for the live map.
• Operational logs: security events, abuse protections, and system diagnostics.
• Billing data: Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, plan assignments, and payment status.

How we use data

• Provide and secure the RAC-Core platform and its moderation features.
• Enable billing, subscription management, and entitlement checks.
• Prevent abuse, detect VPN/proxy usage, and enforce server policies.
• Support your requests and troubleshoot issues.

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We process data to provide the service (contract), to protect the service and your server (legitimate interests), and where required, based on consent (for example, marketing communications if offered).

Data sharing

We only share data with service providers necessary to operate RAC-Core (for example Stripe for billing). We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Audit and moderation data may be retained to maintain server integrity and security. You may request account deletion from the Account page. If you own servers, they must be transferred or deleted first.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and logging to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.

Your choices

• Update your profile and password at any time.
• Enable/disable MFA from your account settings.
• Delete your account if you do not own servers and have no active subscriptions.

International transfers

RAC-Core is hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). If you access RAC-Core from outside the EU/UK, your data may be transferred and processed across borders. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

Children

RAC-Core is intended for server operators and staff. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
